Hello
I am back to my abs bleed project and replaced the motor and pump. Per danoland instructions i started with the flush. The pump now built presure and i let the unit take some fluid then triped the first solenoid a few times. Fluid came back to the resorvior each time i activated the unit. I then went to solenoid two and did the same thing only when i activated the solidoid it clicked and seems to have stayed open. It just seems to be cycling fluid now. Not sure how to get the valve closed. Any help would be welcome.

I removed the unit and opened it up. found one valve stuck down.It freed up when i pushe it.i will clean and re-asemble.

Just an update for someone in the future searching for the answer. I dismantled the entire unit including the spool valves. two solenoids were frozen and not reacting. I hooked up 3/8 inch hose and forced brake fluid thru the solenoid while repeatinly engaging. They eventually started resonding and were fine. About 1/2 hour per. I then dismantled all four spools removed seal and cups and cleaned and cycled brake fluid. I then bench tested the completed unit and it worked fine. It is now backin the car. I did the repair at work so i had a comercial shop enviroment. I spent about 6 hours on the unit and 1 gal of brake fluid. No other parts.
