if I want to lower the car.

WOW!

It took my buddy and I five really
slow hours ... BEER ... to do the
job with a rental spring compressor.
I have seen it done with air tools
in a little more than 2.5 hours.
Just EIBACH Springs with OEM shocks.

Yes, we were cooking on the install. There were two people, but all one of them did was watch and stand on the rotors a couple times. That's why I suggested a reasonable time of around 3 hours. That gives another 10 minutes per wheel to go a little slower, plus 5 minutes per wheel for someone to come stand on the rotors for you. Again, this assumes you completely know what you are doing and don't have to spend time figuring anything out or looking anything up.

It would probably take at least twice as long for most people to do at home, even longer if it was the first time they'd done it. This is not really a job I think lends itself to being done at home unless you have an unusually well equipped garage.

A NSX partially raised on a lift with someone standing on the rotors leaning over the car steadying themselves with their hands on the roof or the quarter panel/fender while someone else works away.
Keep the customers in the waiting room.

If the tech lying across the car to do a valve adjust or tbelt is OK, this will probably fly too
