Custom? Its actually a scoop rather than a vent like most hoods I see for NSX's. Not too sure of the aerodynamic value of a scoop that high up on the hood seeing as there isn't much up there that needs air.

I don't see any aero value. You don't want air coming into the front of the car like that... its all bling bling probably.
