Sounds like someone needs to break down and get a snowblower....
Trust me, I've tried. Can you believe it, they are all sold out!
What's all the fuss about? Think I'll do a few more rides before enjoying an adult beverage. :biggrin:

Just discovered a leak in my living room as a result of an ice dam. Spent the last hour on an extension ladder chipping away at ice (the two hours before that trying to repair a broken snowblower). I'm so done with the north east. Crappy roads, high taxes, cold weather....what is the allure?

At one time, there were better jobs and developing industries in the NE.
That has changed.

My best investment of time this past summer? I rebuilt the carburetor on my 40 year-old two-stage snowblower. Runs like a charm now. The last few storms we have required about 1.5 gallons of gas in the blower to clear my driveway ( 200' all uphill).
