Ok...now I've been drunk before, as I'm sure most of us have....but...ummmm...how do you get THAT drunk where you drive thru a window but still try to return your empties? Wow...thank god he didn't kill anyone. I'd suspect some other drugs were involved as well.

Every Beer Store in ontario is like this. We have only have 2 alcohol distribution channels. The Beer Store http://www.thebeerstore.ca/ and the LCBO http://www.lcbo.ca

It's great because it brings great selection and good pricing for the most part.
