I bought an used 2017 NC1 last year. Mileage is app 8000km so quite low for a 8 years old car( saying the previous owner drive it app 80-100 km per month)
I understand in US the hybrid battery warranty is 7 to 8 years or 100000miles whichever comes earlier. Now let forget the milage as this is not the critical factor. I am wondering the "age" of my hybrid battery and the way this car was driven before before that I should consider replacing the hybrid battery.Anyone has any experience in replacing this battery?

I wouldn’t worry - it certainly won’t be worn out with that little use. As long as previous owners have acted in accordance with the handbook, it should be fine. When you next have the car serviced, ask the technician to talk to you about the health of the battery. Batteries are very resilient if not mis-treated.
