My one popup headlight is filled with water. Its not in the projectors only in the headlight lens. I checked the seals with a philips head and there are no gaps anywhere so I'm not sure how that much water got inside in the first place. I do see a rubber nozzle on each side of the headlight unit, is it to let air flow in it? Maybe the water got in there when I washed the car. The only thing I think I of to do is drill a holes in the lens and flow air into it with the air pump thats in the trunk. Then patch the holes with window sealer.

I would completly remove the whole thing and check and seal every thing. if you cant see the leak then dont drill,
drilling a hole and putting air in to to flush the water out its just going to happen again. so I say DO NOT DRILL.

my dads always says, " if your going to do something do it right the first time "
