How to remove throttle cable??

I am trying to remove the throttle cable on my 92 NSX. What is the trick to it? It's the only thing holding me up from removing the throttle body.

Loosen jam nuts that secure cable to throttle cable bracket, open throttle bell to wide open throttle, use fingers to push throttle cable off bell crank, slip tip of throttle cable off bell crank, remove throttle body (coolant lines, vacuum line, 4 nuts are left to secure the throttle body to the manifold).
