Drove cross country from Virginia to California in two days. Straight shot driving without any stops at hotels or motels. My brother and I would trade off every tank of gas. So total hours around 25 hours for me and the same for my brother. If you are asking how many hours without getting out of the car well then I have sat in my seat untill the gas tank ran from full to empty.
I purchased my car from a prime member in Denver and drove 1100 miles home in 2 days so I would guess the longest I sat was for around 400 miles between gas stops which would equate to just about 6 hours doing the speed limit. Total driving time was around 16 hours.
Longest non-stop trip for me was about 1600miles. Took about 30 hours. The seat treated me very well! In fact much better than a Lexus on the same trip (toyota seats suck).

I agree with you. I bought my car new in jacksonville, FL and drove it home to MD. It was a 13 hr trip and I was suprised that I was never uncomfortable considering I am 6'1". When I drive my wife's 09 RX 350 it will start to bother me after about 2 hrs.
20 hours, day 2, driving home from Vegas. Was the 2nd Leg and I took every scenic bypass I found in the Rockies. The total was about 35 hours over three days (4 the first, 20 the second and 11 the third).
I found the NSX to be a very comfortable and capable cross-country tourer.
