How do you replace side marker lights?

I just bought a 98 NSX. I noticed that my front left side marker light is significantly brighter than my left one. So I bought a set of new bulbs from the dealer for like a buck each. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to replace them. There is no external screw holding in the side marker lens. I doubt that the entire bumper has to be removed to change this bulb. Can anyone help me??

Reach inside the inner fender liner (it's vinyl and can be pushed aside). You will find spring loaded clips on each end of the light. Push on them and the light pops out.

You may have to remove the front wheels or at least turn them aside to reach this.
