I would have to agree that the RV garage makes it look like a fire house. Bad curb appeal. I wasn't too fond of the neighborhood either. Perhaps just have a regular size garage door with a few windows above it? Have these RV garage homes been selling like hotcakes? I can imagine that every once in awhile your neighbors leaving their RV outside for whatever reason. What an eyesore. I know you are not into RV's. Just stick with finding a 4 car garage house.

Actually I think by having a house with an RV garage it lessens the amount of time RVs would be sitting outside being an eyesore.
I know my neighbors probably get tired of my RV and boat being in the street when I am washing and maintaining them. If I had a garage that size I would be doing that indoors in the comfortable A/C garage.

I plan on retiring in Lake Havasu City in approx 10 years and my next home will absolutely have these items...

Single Story
RV Garage + 4 CAR tandem garage
4BR 3+ BA Split Bedroom floorplan ~2200 sq ft
Lake View from Backyard
Pool with Spa
At least 1 Fireplace preferably a 2nd in the Master BR

Sorry but that is HIDEOUS!!! Now if the RV garage was detached and not facing the front then it would be Great!

As probably the only female posting to this thread, unfortunately I am rather biased when it comes to garage space.......
There almost is NEVER enough, but when we built our home, we designed it so that all of our "toys" could be inside, as that was dictated in the deed restrictions. Nothing stored outside. I don't mind the tall door, but I think the appearance overall could be better if it wasn't so "outlined" with the white trim. Make it blend in a little better. I know in AZ you don't tend to have basements like we do here in the midwest, so all storage is either in the garage or in the attic, if you don't want it in the living space of the house.

I LOVE the floorplan. Price doesn't seem too bad either. Where is this located in AZ? Sister and bro-in-law live in Payson, their son lives in Avondale. It seems to me that getting a nice house on more than just a subdivision lot in AZ is difficult, or very expensive. Why not find a place with enought property to build a nice big pole barn? 40' X 40'!:smile:

I love the concept of the "supergarage", but it is butt-ugly from the curb. It would be better if the supergarage door was on the side or even the back, although it might make it difficult to back a boat into it if so.
