hesitation???

i changed my plugs,oxygen sensors,fuel filter and cleaned my throttle body. it still hesitates like hell on the takeoff. also when i mash the gas it dosent respond quickly to my command. any ideas??

ps; i also just got the timing belt changed by the dealer. it was doing that before the dealer changed the belt.

I don't know much but have you tried resetting the system? Just pull out the clock fuse and insert it back.

thanks for the response. i reset the battery by taking it off then attaching it again. larry told me to check my fuel pressure by putting a gage on it. will do today.

I worked on a 95 with a simillar fault and I found a faulty injector. I've also had coils do the same thing.

I just had the same problem, it was going on for months with no resolution. We replaced 02 sensors, plugs, coil packs, air and fuel filters etc.............

Do you have stock headers or have you put in aftermarket ones?

After trying everything and I mean everything it was finally determined that the wire harness from the Taitec headers was faulty, we replaced it and no problems since.

Wasn't there an issue with the throttle cable sticking back in the engine bay. This sounds obvious but at least check it.
