Hi,
Yesterday I replaced cats with test pipes on my NSX. After I have done that, every time when I rev the engine above 3000 rpm and release the gas, some kind of the rattling noise came up.
I checked the exhaust pipes, there is no contact between piping and chasis.
Does anyone knows that is problem? Is it engine or tranny problem?
thank you

I had the same problem when I installed my CompTech. Did you replace the exhaust gaskets? I had that same problem.
Good Luck

Thank you for your reply
Yes, I did.
did you find out the problem yet?
thanks

I think my problem was the exhaust gaskets. By the time I ordered new gaskets and got around to installing them, the comptech can burst? Kinda like someone punched it from the inside? I dunno how this happened, but its so loud now that I cant hear anything rattling. I cant even think straight. Im saving the gaskets for whatever new exhaust I get.
Good Luck, hope its something simple.
