Hey everyone, new to the forum and wanted to run a lease deal past you to see what thoughts are on the pricing. seems a bit high to me based on the selling price. Would appreciate any input

36 months 7500 miles

MSRP - $165k
sales price 123k
Cap cost $125.1k (not sure why this is 2k higher than sales price and waiting on answer)
Money Factor .0017

$1480 nothing down. Thoughts?

without a long calculation , and nothing down, looks about in line

^^^ $1480 includes 7% tax

Find out what the buyout is at the end. What is your "out of pocket" when you sign the lease? Is the first payment part of that?

Looks pretty good, especially with the low money factor and discounted price. What is your drive-off? I assume that would include $2,100 or so of taxes on the 30k incentive. Get it before someone else does.

Drive off is $0. Beyond aggravated with this dealer though, as after getting qualified, they told me that they will not sell the car if I dont fly all the way across the country and sign paperwork in person. I ended up getting this down to a sales price of $118k and payment of $1349 with taxes. If I decide not to move forward on it, as I dont have the time to fly out there, I will post the dealer info in case someone else wants it.

Sounds like the PA dealer on East coast ??

I hate when dealers are difficult. I don't have a mclaren because bh mclaren dealer wouldn't negotiate 1 cent off ask without face to face. they said come in and lets talk. I already went in a few days earlier, they have all my financials and loan approvals so they knew I was good. I don't have time to drive 25 miles to negotiate a deal that may or may not work out. I can't imagine a dealer being so difficult to require you to fly in to sign. Most of my car deal signings have been done with fedex back and forth

Wow, with $0 drive off that's an amazing deal. Too bad they want you to sign in person, but I think most dealers want/require that (went through it as well).

So it's the infamous silver one in PA. Yeah, that car has been through a lot of "talks and deals". Yes, they're desperate to sell it.

i got a 675. exp. they gave me a MF of .0025 stating i fall under their standard tier not the preferred or plus tiers which will be .0018.

172k 30k incentive. 2k off msrp brings it to 140k. they want 10k down at 7500miles per yr on 36months lease. $1763.45 tax inc Los Angeles CA tax.

The MF is not the best and will add some extra $$ per month. Work on the credit score or have them repull if another agency has a better score that puts you in the preferred tiers.

You can probably find a better deal out there as $32k off a $172k car isn't outstanding. I'd also shoot for minimal drive-off and 5k miles/year to get a better residual. The overage for miles at $0.20/mile works out in your favor vs paying it upfront.

Good luck J and hope to see you in one soon.

why is your cs 675?

They should be giving you at least $10,000 off MSRP plus the $30,000 from Acura. Invoice price on that car should be $158,500 or so they should be more than willing to do $160,000 to $162,000 selling price less the $30,000 from Acura to get you down in the low $130,000 range. Leaves them with a bit of money still and I can't think of any reason they wouldn't do that. If you can get them to do that I say jump on it.

David is the NSX specialist at Buerkle Acura in MN. Nice guy who's provided lots of good info. Perhaps he can work you some better lease numbers on his casino white NSX. (http://www.buerkleacura.com/new/Acu...polis-MN-e298b4480a0e0a6b4da50c2a04df7b0f.htm). David??

I'm happy to try and do what I can! Thank you for the kind words Cal! Car is getting placed into the exposure program tomorrow, we delayed it as long as possible in case any potential buyers wanted to be the first owner but we have to place it in the program tomorrow as no cars are allowed to be entered into it after the end of the year. If you're interested I would be more than happy to chat. Just shoot me an email [email protected]
