Help with Error code P1243

Turbo running great but last week under partial throttle I pulled a check engine
light-

turns out its P1243 Throttle Position Insufficient

when it comes on the traction control light also comes on

I can trip both by simply reving the car in neutral

is it a posistion sensor??

This should be as simple as checking the voltage reaching the ECU on the TPS signal wire , maybe the boomslang harness has a bad solder , bad pin etc. Make sure to check it at the ecu. it probably isn't geting a signal.
