Help locating security LED thingy

Hi,

I need assistance in locating/purchasing the security LED thingy (on a right hand drive model NSX). I don't need the door lock mechanism/pop up, but if that's the only way to get it, so be it.

I have circled the item in red on the attached pic.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
