Heck of deal, any more info?

Hey guys, I'm about to finalize my purchase of an NSX this weekend, but then yesterday, I see this one posted in the marketplace. As far as the description goes, this car is one heck of a deal & is under market price. The mods are all performance oriented & in good taste. Anyone kn ow this NSX from Atlanta or the owner? It just sounds too good, most of the the ones in this ballpark are high mileage, stock, multiple owners, average condition, salvage, etc...
