Headlights Stuck in Up Position

This is coming form someone very untechnical, so keep this in mind. I went to the car wash this AM, and when the guy was drying the car they always turn on the headlights so that they can clean them. When done this time however, they did not retract. Headlights function when turned on, but they do not retract. Any ideas? Which fuse should one check? Any othe suggestions?

There's a little button on the left side of the gauge cluster that when pushed raises/lowers the headlights without turning them on. This button was most likely pushed while the headlights were turned on when the interior was being wiped down. If this is the situation, it is mentioned in the manual.
