How did you get pulled over by a horse?
I never thought those guys COULD "pull over" a car...man and this is the second time he has gotten you? It does put things in perspective, thanks! Sorry you got boned.
He is prancing around in downtown Houston in heavy traffic and caught me at a red light for expired stickers. You can see one of the signals in the background. I usually let my stickers expire and wait to get ticketed- and then go get them renewed. I know, I'm lazy, and irresponsible, I fully admit it.
I work just outside of downtown and have to go to court sometimes for work. He said he heard me coming from a few blocks away.
Ironically, he was behind me writing the ticket and I thought to myself, I better shut off my car, as I don't want him smelling the fumes much longer.....I have test pipes.

Haha, no, he ran by me, cut me off, and waved me over. I should have made a run for it, but too many red lights in downtown. :biggrin:
