Has anyone run concave FRONT and REAR TE37's in 18/19?

What is different on the Euro/JDM fender outside of the turn marker? I didn't know they had other changes compared to the USDM fender.

Yeah this is news to me too...

if somebody wants some specific measurements on the JDM/Euro fender let me know as that is the model we get here so i/we should have the wider ones if that is correct

Sorry about the hijack but why would euro fenders be slightly wider?

Hi synth19!

This may be able to help you out coming from my research. With regards to the Te37's, concave doesn't begin until you go into the realm of x9 (ie. 17x9, 18x9). Like you, I wanted a concaved front and rear also, so I purchased a set of Mag-Blue 17x9+22F/18x10.5+22 rear. Not the 18/19 setup you're asking about, but the concave falls the same. They aren't on the car yet to give you an idea of where they sit as far as flushness, but I can tell you that I'm not even going to attempt to run them on USDM fenders. I have a collection of members photos with (hella-flush) specs that I acquired throughout the years - mostly here from prime - that gave me an idea of how far wheels stick out on USDM fenders. Currently I'm searching for Euro/JDM fenders that's within budget to keep it all aluminum and at last resort will be the Downforce wide front fenders.

On a last note, probably the only exception to the concave rule that I realized is lower offset 16x8's, which give a very slight concave. I know you weren't interested in 16's, but I thought I'd just throw that bit in there. Hope that helps and Good luck with your search!

^This. ZealNA1 had a concave front/rear combo in 16/17:

Also, this looks like the car that now has 24k gold Mugens with concave TE37s front/rear:

i just installed my te's yesterday. got a few pics. they're 18x8.5+40 in the front. not really concave, but definitely not as flat as other te's i've seen.

Look the same as mine

To go concave front and rear u need to run 16-17.... there was a guy in Hawaii who had 16x8 +30 (I think) and 17x9.5 +22 or +12 all concave. He split his setup.

Since you have an 02+ car the smallest u would go is 17-17 so it does not make sense really. It is feasible I guess though..

Yes... Michael Mao.

Here is a pic of his car with Concave te37 on oem fenders too. His set I believe was 17/18 though.

The pic I posted he's on Oem fenders... Downforce fenders don't have OEM marker lights but rather Jdm lights behind the wheel. In the video posted he was running df but for a while it was on The te's and oem.

Looks like the car is a FWD drag racer.

definitely would need to fit minimum widthof 9 with +35 offset... even then its still not concaved enough. The best offset I've seen is +28 on 9.5 which is hard to fit on our fenders. Probably need a widened fender or lots of negative camber.

For the front I believe the 18x8(might be 8.5) with +22 has a concave look to it. Rears I'd get 19x10.5 +12. Same setup that SOS ran when they first introduced the cantrell wide body kit at nsxpo.

Is this what you're looking for?
