Has anyone had to ship an NSX OEM engine cover? If yes, how did you box it up?

I have to ship out an engine cover to the guy who bought my car. I can't really find a box online that is suitable.
Any suggestions?

Combine a couple boxes together to make a big one. Consider shipping via Greyhound (yeah the bus company). Big items like that are expensive via UPS, FedEx and USPS. The receiver would simply pick it up from his local Greyhound terminal. Takes about 5-7 days.

You may be able to buy a single box of suitable size at your local office supplies store (Staples, Office Max, Office Depot) or your local UPS Store.

Also try USPS.............FYI, this will ship by volume rather then weight so try to boxc it as small as possible which means don't get too big of a box and then put paper or bubble wrap in it to take up the space. You'll be charged on whatever is greater - actual weight or volume weight and more then likely this is more volume so cut the box to fit tightly with some wrapping inside to protect from damaged if dropped.
