I have never liked the raspy sound of those types of exhausts. Sorry, I love everything else about the car - but I think it sounds horrendous when you let off the throttle.

I agree. It just makes it sound like a riced out civic.

I just got installed my 5.1 gtone f1 ss exhaust on my 98 Nsx and the fitment was not that good. Do you guys have issue like this?? Like driver side is higher than passenger side. And the passenger side tip stick little bit out more than other side!! Can any body help??

Have you tried to push down on one side? That usually helps and levels things off. The other option is slighting bending a hanger.

lol... yeah, it's definitely the test pipes making it a bit raspy. I can probably go with high flow cats which should eliminate it. But my ricer instincts tells me not to change a thing. I like how it sounds. haha

You instincts serve you well. Sounds amazing! It made you car seem like it was doing 90mph down the side street. Have the cops noticed your exhaust yet?
