I just ordered some Volk GT-C Mercury Silver

Fronts are Face1 18x7.5 +42 offset and rear Face 2 19x9.5 +38 offset

Do I still need to run spacers with that spec? I have OEM brakes. No BBK.

Hate to have to use spacers.

I messaged him asking about the front wheels and the spacers he ran. But to answer your question YES you will need spacers in the front. He's running 10mm or 15mm spacers up front, and I have relatively the same size wheel w/offset coming to me from Mackin (soon I hope) so I'm also going to have to run a spacer up front. But I'm going to try to see if a 3mm or 5mm will do the job because anything bigger than that should require longer wheel studs.

The rears, you won't have any problems and won't need any spacers.

Just picked them up so I will test it out tonight.

does it come with 18 x 10 1/2 or 10 with +45 offset?

you can order 18x10 +44 but that is a C face II. may not clear the brakes.

my wheel was a 19x9.5 +37 B face II GTC

I kind of like them also.

Nice. Looks like the same offset as my wheels.
What size tires are you running?

I have GT-C's in 17X8 and 18X10 WITH a Wilwood BBK. No spacers required.

So No spacer needed in this offset. Just test fitted

Rear Just clears using Face II #B +37

Damn I have to paint the disc and caliper

gtc95box.jpg

This is the 19x9.5 inch in the box

Front Clears caliper fine with 7.5 Face 1 #B +43

Sure you want to paint the disc brake?

If you plan to change out your pads anyways and turn your rotors. you can paint the rotor with high heat paint to cover some of that rust.

I'm looking into purchasing a pari for a stock 95 now that I can't get the AV3's.

If I'm going with a 17x8 front and 18x10 rear, waht offset do I need to make sure no spacers are required? Sorry I know nothing about this.

if you get Volk's recommended offset you should be fine. If you considering other wheels you need to test fit them before mounting tires. Once tires are mounted you have to keep the wheels.

Just bolted on my Volks... Is it me or is Volk a Pain to mount.. everything is so precise that there is not play in the hub and lugs.

I ended up buying Work VS-KF's. They haven't arrived yet (the typical 6-8 weeks) so I can't tell you.

Finally took some pic

Before lowering
Before painting the top

I have Tanabe GF210 sitting in the garage and the NSX is going to Mobworks today to get a new coat of New Formula Red.

Im hoping that my GTCs from my S2000 will fit.

ALL are Face 1 18s.

Fronts are 7.5 inch with 50 offset and rears are 9 inches with 55 offset (milled from 50).

It is for a 02. By my calcs I should be OK in the rear, but front may extend a little too far out (11mm?). The rear seems fine with just 1mm farther out.

Of course the rear rubber will have to be changed to avoid TCS problems.

Will the Face 1 clear my 02 callipers?

Car is away for winter so I cant just test it out!

For those that like the GT-C, but don't yet have them, and are thinking of getting them, check out my great prices on this wheel.

Dont we have a vendor/groupbuy forum for promotions?
