yea I see what you mean... the edges of the hood above the lights are tucked in a little... but then again, the head light covers might also need some adjustment... thats an easy fix......... :redface:

That is A/C condensation from the "drip" pipe under the front. This a common for all NSX's from driving on a hot day. *Of course you knew that?

Look at the very slight angle of the photo. This causes the illusion. It is not "off."
