I just installed Bright Light Tech's LED tail light kit. I absolutely love them.

Warning! I know nothing about photography. I just point and click.

Nice lights, nice car, and nice pictures. What kind of camera are you using? Those are some seriously nice pictures for just pointing and shooting. Then again, I'm no photography expert, but those pictures look very nice. Every picture I take in the dark is a major fail with my point and shoot camera.

I borrowed my buddies Nikon and tripod. I couldn't tell you what model it is. I'm sure an expert can probably take much better pics with the same camera.

Tail lights look great but you may want to do something about the license plate lights. I never liked the way they light up the ground behind the car with white and the car color. I use some reflectors to keep that from happening.

sweet mod,,,, i just did mines also did you throw a tail light brake light on the dash.

nice! been wanting to do the LED tail light conversion on my car for a while, but could never justify spending that much... :(

You are right! I never realized how bright the license plate LEDs were until now. My next project to fix. They look like street glows.

Yeah. Definitely not cheap if you want the Super 8 panel / turn signals / reverse + installation. I opted for just the basic GTC panel / turn signals and did the install myself.

Absolutely stunning pics on a beautiful car! Wow!

I know its a bit steep in price but defiantly give it a try. I assure you that you defiantly get your moneys worth with my products once you have a kit in your hand. Hope to hear from you soon!

lol, they do. The design of the housing points the bulb toward the ground so that's where any forward facing LED's shine. The angle also slightly shines on the bottom of the rear bumper cover and gives off a little light in the color of the car.

You can make a simple reflector to stop that from happening and i also made diffusers for mine.

example of diffuser with two types of material. These are forward single LED's and you can see how the light is reflecting on the bumper because of the reflectors. This view is looking up from the ground where your lights are shining.

How did I miss this thread? Anyway, I thought you were saving this surprise for Garage/Poker night? Now the cat's out of the bag. What else do you have up your sleeve?

Looks great btw. I drove behind your car on Saturday night and thought they looked cool.
