Getting rid of bags under eyes

jlindy, some of the puffiness may be the slow gradual increase in fat under the eye area that begins to "sag". No offense, but as we all get older, this can get worse. I am not saying you look old. Unless you remember it always being there, this could be part of what is going on.

I have the same reason for being tired as you do! I also have another reason on the way! Sheesh, what am I doing to myself?

I always remember having them, but it seems worse than before. Increase of fat? I guess it's time for some lasic-lipo...

They do a procedure to remove the fat pad and then lift the lower lid.

The Clinique eye-cream probably has green-tea extract as one of it's main ingredients, namely caffeine. Same w/ another notable cream from MAC. They both work well, but 30-bucks is way-way too much for what it does... it'll be the same as using formerly used, damp tea-bags.

Towards the end of med'school, I too was desperate to find some remedy for the undesired dark-circles & bags underneath the eye. I tried a fair amount of creams, gels, etc'... the Clinique & MAC were easily the best.

(Hemorrhoid cream will help tighten up the loose skin; it won't addess the dark-circles or the puffiness as much, per'se as chilled tea-bags & cool slices of tater & cucumber)

Osiris_x11,

What Clinique product is it? I need the cream as well as the tea bags at night!!!

I have it really bad no matter how much sleep I get. I have been told it is a darker pigment due to my olive complexion and also hereditary in my family.... But sometimes I look at old photos of myself and it doesn't seem as bad as it is now...
