Hi guys! Erik and I were at Putnam this weekend. We had a really good time, and had a lot of getting used to the new short-ratio gearbox. We have been to Putnam a few times, and we both thought that we had the track pretty well down, but the gearbox put a wrench in things. But it is great! It is like driving a different car, much faster. We both ran the same times, but still a couple of seconds off of the pace from last fall. We were on the tires that Erik ran at Gateway (with the exception of the left front ), and they were pretty well shot. We had to change both fronts at lunch time on Friday, because the old ones were showing cords.
We hope to see everyone at Putnam in the fall!

Unfortunately Erik,Angie and I are not going to make it up for the August Event. I go on Vacation the next week and we are all planning on going to Putnan and Barber back to back! So I am sure it we will be missing a good time! You guys be safe and enjoy yourself. Remember, this is supposed to be fun!

Hi Guys! Are any of you planning on coming to Putnam Park Oct. 4-5?
Jim, I couldn't quiet anyone down. My car is waiting to be picked up by towtruck as we speak. I have some problems with my car that kept me from running at all. I am trying to get them resolved so I can get back to the fun stuff. The event went well, there were no NSX's to be found. It was the event to run though, very small run groups, plenty of room on the track to play. I am upset that I had to be there all weekend watching instead of driving.
I was going to Putnam in Sept, but I am not sure if I will make that date. What have you guys been up to?

It has been so unbearably hot here, we have not been up to much! My car has been sitting on the lift in my shop since I got home from Gateway. I fixed the fuel tank and left it in the air to keep the tires off the ground. Planning a busy September and October. Going on vacation for a wek next week, then going to US grand prix with Erik and Angie. Then Putnan first weekend iN Oct, Barber second weekend in October and Memphis first weekend in Nov. I am hoping to do the scca event in Spec Miata 2nd or 3rd week in November.

Damn, you guys get to play sooo much. Aug, Sep, Oct and sometimes if i;m lucky Nov. are the busiest months for me. I mat be able to get 1 or 2 more events in, but that's about it.

Well here's the rundown. KGP & I supercharger issues, we are both just starting to get them sorted. Nick had a previous engagement. Dave was probably working like a dog. Steve is busy racing his 510 and playing the ever important roll of big brother to us all, in hopes of straightening out our NSX woes.
The other guys, I didn't get their scoops, so I don't know about them.
Spec miata, that sounds cool. Jim they make one big enough for you and I? Hmmmm.
What the heck is Erick building now? Oooh To be young and rich
Well I am off to the stealership to see what mess I have in my engine compartment. Wish me luck.
