Short gears, 4.55 R&P, Whipple CTSC, high-boost kit for CTSC (each decreases mileage), city and spirited foothills driving (no highway) and a good amount of sitting in the garage (evaporative loss) I got 20MPG on my last tank. Highway driving I'm in the upper 20s.
At one track even I measured as low as 4-6 MPG. Before mods I got upper 20s in town, 30s on the highway (crusing at about 83mph...no need to go 50-55mph to get that kind of mileage like some are saying).
