FXMD Widebody Kit

Color has been decided, bought the paint :biggrin:

New Formula Red including the top and all trim.

Black front splitter & black rear bumper splitter area.

May do some simple design in thin black lines up through the hood and into the sides and then back to the rear end.....one continus motion.

Haven't decide what yet.

I wanted to do Black Satin, but there's already one out there that color. :wink:
Besides, gets to hot in Arizona for a black car.

Satin, any and all black we do will be Satin including the any lining design...
It will give the paint some dimension and contrast. I think it would look cool...

Had I gone Black Satin for the car, my intentions was to use a gloss red for lining designs.

So I am just reversing it...

We may have twins....mine is in shop as we speak getting painted...Formula red with "hot rod" black in rear diffuser area....Mine is a widebody, not as wide as yours. I do have a one of a kind OEM modified type R gt 500 hood...one made by Bikevil back when he had his shop. Also a all aluminum rear diffuser. Guy has like 100 hours in the thing...Anyway not trying to steal thread, just commenting on great color combo....Look forward to seeing it!!!:biggrin:

Nothing yet...I've been slacking

But I did drive it to Ventura and spend this weekend on the beach with my sweetie...(Wife)...Saw Danny Lai and took him for a ride...
Needed time away and a break...

Next 4 weeks things will be happening again.
NACA ducts going on, airbox being fabricated and put on, front carnards going on, methanol injection being hooked up (already on), boost controller being put on and final tuning/maps for 91 and 100 octane, with and without cats.

After that, 4 days with my brother/painter as we sand, tape, primer, sand some more, primer and paint all day long.....sure looking foward to that, sigh.....
That's the final butt buster and then I'm done...soon

Got a ride in the Red Dragon. Definitely my gut was left behind when Coz floored. I was saying "oh shxt." I wasn't expecting that much thrust.

The car sounds like a motorcycle.

Not yet. Finsihing up other things I wanted to do first and going to wait until after I take to Spring Mountain this month for some track testing.

Painting is scheduled at for 2/24 to 2/27.
