We've got the scariest movie thread going... so why not one with some laughs.
For me, Steve Martin and Queen Latifah in Bringing Down the House. The racial humor in that movie was just enough to be hilarious and slightly uncomfortable without being offensive.
Bill Murray in Stripes.
My all time favorite would have to probably be Gene Wilder, Madeline Kahn, and Marty Feldman in The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother. I saw this as a kid (thanks all in part to Prime's own gdae) and I still dance around the living room singing, "I've got the sweetest little dimples in my cheeks...." Funny Stuff.
