Hi Mario:

Welcome to Prime!

Please review the rules for listing on Prime and edit your post so that we don't have to take it down. In particular, all items need a price and the pictures need to include a dated post-it showing your username. Unfortunately we've had some bad actors listing parts with no intention (and sometimes no parts at all) to sell.

As this is your 1st Prime posting, be extra sure it complies with all the rules for listing on Prime.

Hello, ok I will edit. First the pictures, how did you want a date and username? A paper with the info in the picture?

Thanks for adding the prices! Have a look at a few other for-sale listings and I think you'll get the idea, but the policy is also new for Prime so we're still working out the bugs.

Basically, you need a picture showing a post-it note with your username and current date, next to the item or on the item. When you're listing multiple things, you don't need a post-it note in every single picture, but you should have at least 1 picture with a post-it for every item. The pictures need to convey convincingly that you have the item(s), as it's unfortunately very easy to find photos of car parts online and list them for sale bogusly, or reply to WTB postings in the same way. While the scam is usually perpetrated with new user accounts, it has also been perpetrated by scammers who have broken into older dormant accounts, so a listing from an account several years old is not a guarantee, and it's worth it for potential buyers to look into recent postings of sellers as another step in the caveat emptor process.

It's unfortunate that we've had to go this route, but once you get used to it, I think you'll find that it's a reasonable effort for the increased security it provides. Sadly, we had a scammer at work on our site as recently as the last month :( :
and I applaud the Prime member for bringing it to everyone else's attention.

A reminder to all that PayPal F&F does not carry the customer protections as regular PayPal.
