Sorry if this is a dumb question but do the Rear Under Cowl pieces fit over the 91-01 rear valance or how do they attach?

the fit over the valence. The inside part of the cowl is cut out so that it will fit perfectly over the current valence. I was told that to make it fit perfectly you have to remove the rear bumper, loosen the valence, install the cowl between the bumper and the valence and re tighten.

If that makes sence. The diffuser just attaches with supplied screws.
