Front Brake Rotors, ABS TCS lights

Hey guys I bought some Brembo cross drilled rotors, tried to install them and was unable to do so. I assummed the brake job would be like most honda/acuras, pull off calipers, unscrew the two screws, and it should pop off right? Let me know if there's something else I need to do.

Also, my ABS and TCS lights come on after about ten seconds of driving. Does anyone know why these lights may light up.

I have a 92 with aftermarket wheels.

there are two threaded holes on the rotor hat. These are used to pry the rotor off the hub (which it is rusted to). I used a 12mm metric bolt and they pop right off. Basically you screw the bolt into the hole, and it pusheds the rotor off the hub. Make sure you grease the bolt (the face and the threads). Don't know the thread pitch off the top of my head but I had quite a few that fit so it must be pretty common.

RP-Motorsports, I see you're in the Midwest as well. DO you know anybody that could do the timing belt waterpump that is not an acura/honda dealer?

See Mo @ Elite in Minneapolis http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/member.php?u=7805

Yes you use two screws, and just go a 1/2 turn on one, then the other (repeat) until off.

215/35/18 and 265/30/19. Rotors should just come off huh?

Tire sizes are ok. Not sure what is up with the light being on?? Try reseting the ECU.

Fill both brake cylinders with fluid (if low) Especially the ABS one. Do a few panic stops, and see if your ABS works.

Have Mo look at that as well.

Do the rotors look like this?

TCS and ABS light are also activated when a wheel sensor or its connections are bad (sometimes even when it's too dirty to give proper rpm readings). An experienced shop can measure such failures. Of course such failures could happen due to improper installation works at a wheel or brake.
