its hard to tell because the picture is so small but my guess would be a PIAA P-3000 or maybe the PIAA 90 PRO.....
Or might be a generic copy of one of those. There are a couple of NSX's here in washington with "glow in the dark " acura A emblems, and $50 knock off fog lamps & the powered by acura stickers.....

The '98 VW Jetta has a three separate part fog light in the front bumper. Looks to me like someone got creative with two of the parts. There are two identical red ones parked around here, and the two pieces of the fog light look as if they have been stolen from one car already.
