I believe I am finally finished with my engine bay. I have taken the cover off, and untinted the rear window. MY GOSH is it a conversation piece now! Everyone is interested in the car when they see the engine exposed. I get so many inquiries now! Here are some pics...

Sweet Job....

Besides the sun exposure, is there any other disadvantages to having the engine cover off??

You didn't pay me my license fee for the throttle body cover plate.

My plate is totally flat. I like the fact that you bent the lip a little. Nice job!

I knew I had seen this before. When I sae Vytas' I made one out of CF and polished aluminium! I was looking for the pic this morning. It does look nice with the bend!

Vytas, I give you all due credit for the original design!!!

I only attempted to improve the design a bit, that's all.

My engine bay is FAR from the appeal your's has!!! You are the godfather of engine bays!!!

***I am having several of the polished Throttle Body Covers made, and may offer them for sale to other members...***

I am finalizing the design still. My car has the second prototype installed. Working on the final version now.

When I had my engine cover off the inside of my hatch glass always got water spots and mud from driving on the road. It eventually annoyed me so much that I put the hatch cover back on. I would like to get a carbon fiber engine cover with lexan glass if anyone has an extra they want to sell. :)

Now all you need is a shiny alternator belt cover piece,I actually have one,but it would be more appropriate in your bay.

Is it for sale? Do you have a picture?

I have received several inquiries about the polished aluminum piece that is covering my throttle body.

It is a piece I had made and I am currently offering them for sale in the "Group Buy" forum. I am in the final stages of finalizing the design, and they will be available soon. The one on my car is the second prototype.

I won mine as a door prize at our poker run.And I won't give it up as it is the only thing shiney in my engine bay!I think it is a Dali product.

Thanks Inflight (Angelo).

I have your polished throttle body cover available. The new design is nearly complete. You can see in the pictures, the improved changes since the original design. Give me a call or PM.

Warren
