Oh you are right.

Monaco Blue changes color depending on the lighting, not angle. It takes on a purplish tint in direct sunlight, an electric blue in the shade and all spectrums between in other lights. I love its look under fluorescent lights (gas station) at night. One of these days I will take a pic under fluorescents.
