Finally a 91 NSX Owner

Installed the KW V3 today, its set at the KW recommended settings and height.

It rides firm yet comfortable, it was pouring today so didnt get to test it out on the twisties...:frown:

Installed a Taitec Steering Hub and Momo Tuner 350mm... Im surprised that with a smaller diameter steering wheel vs stock the steering effort isnt so much more, i guess because I have a stiffer suspension. Im happy with this steering wheel size! And now debating for a Personal Wheel...

Will get an alignment tomorrow.

I got my alignment done with 91 spec with extra camber F:-1.2 R: -2.0 with 0 Toe upfront.

Installed the Sportiva HID as well but the location I placed the ballast too close to the edge so I need to be adjusted since its very easy to see the white ballast from the gap of the hood. This HID kid is very high quality and bright, the color temperature is perfect its very OEM like... still need to aim the headlight properly thou...

I have also removed the Clifford G5 and installed the Viper 5704. But still cannot figure out why the car still auto locks the door when its at about 10~15km... It used to auto-lock both doors now just the passenger side, so I bet theres a hidden Clifford Module that I havent dig out yet.

So the next project I think it would be the Double-Din modification, still trying to decide on the headunit.

At the end I chose the Pioneer AVH-P8400BH double-din headunit... I used the SOS Aftermarket > OEM wire harness , SOS double din bracket to install the headunit, and also a used center console.

I am still working on the center console. I found out the epoxy is very easy to use as filling the holes and gaps.... I basically use painting tape and create a mold and basically pour in the epoxy when its still in liquid form, then just wait until its hardens... then cut the excess! Done!

Finally get to install the RFY GT EXHAUST Ver 1 (aka GT-Extreme), I also got the Prospeed 300cell highflow cats.

I first installed the exhaust without the center sliencer, then later decided its more civilized with the silencer installed. The exhaust hangers are worned and stretched, therefore the tips are not aligned yet. Need some suggestion on where to get replacement exhaust hangers? OEM or aftermarket?

Was going to install the Prospeed cat as well but found out that my stock cats had 2 extra temp sensors. So I didnt install them. But later I found out that those 2 sensors can be omitted.

So far with the exhaust alone, it sounds pretty awesome nice and high pitched with no drone.

After installing the CE28ns the car has raised the ride height a little bit, so the KW V3 was lowered 15mm Front and 10mm Rear at the coil threads.

The KW V3 was raised 10mm at the coils Front and Rear before this adjustment. So when comparing to the out of the box KW settings, the Front is 5mm lower and the rear is the same.

Decided to return to stock stereo for now since I have no time to work on the double-din center console...

And I have swapped out the Momo Tuner for a Personal Grinta 350mm Black Leather / Black Spoke / Black Thread
