I had a great time at the annual Ferrari Track event in Savannah, GA this weekend.
Highlights included rides in a Ferrari F40, F430, 360 Spyder (w./tubi), and noble M400 and Brand new M5.
The F40 was a blast. It was the most fun of all the cars IMO. The trubo's were sweet.
I was a little dissapointed in the F430 to be honest. The driver was not pushing as hard as possible because his tire pressures were not good. Nonetheless, I expected a lot more power and acceleration. I prefer the 360CS.
The 360 Spyder with the Tubi was incredible on the track. I am in love.
The Noble was sweet until it broke. The trubos really push you back in the seat. The top end power was very weak though. It was only able to reach about 140 MPH on the straight, the 360 was just over 150.
Finally the M5. That car was sweet. It has a TON of power. To give you an idea of the HP, the Ferrari 360 exited the corner about 15MPH faster to make it to 150 in the staight. The BMW was over 150MPH. Serious power. The coolest thing was the side bolsters auto inflate when they feel G's. That was fun!
All in all, a great day.
