F1: Did Ayrton Senna have TC in Donnington 1993?

In 1993 the Williams did have the latest technology with active suspension and traction control (TC). Did Ayrton even have TC in Donnington 1993?

Yes, because TC was not outlawed until 1994. McLaren had the fastest chassis, but not engine. They did not get the Beneton spec Ford engine until about half way through the season.
