Extracting coins from seat cushion

A few coins have descended beneath my driver's seat cushion, between the pan and the cushion... any ideas on how to remove them out w/o taking the seat apart?

I have a slightly related question - how do you remove the seat cushion & seat back? (I'd like to consider re-upholster the center sections with perforated leather)
