Extra washer

I have been replacing the water pump, timing belt, tensioner and all the cooling system hoses.
I have been cross checking the shop manual closely as I reassembled things, however about 2/3 of the assembly done I found a black, glossy washer laying on one of the suspension pieces below the oil filter area. At first look I could not find anything in the timing belt replacement section diagrams. I couldn't think of anyplace the washer could go, so I continued on.
The washer is black, glossy finish, about 1 in. diameter, 7/16 in. I.D., and 1/8 in. thick. I think it must fit a 10 bolt. I have now looked further thru the manual and the only place I think it can fit is on the timing belt tensioner bolt.
Can someone confirm this before I disassemble everything again?
Thanks,
John

I bet you're right

The tensioner washer is 10.3mm (I.D.) x 25mm (O.D), which is close to your measurements. Because it’s not a die-electric-coated washer (it’s glossy black), means that it probably is sandwiched between two steel pieces, like a tensioner pulley and its bolt.

Larry probably knows…
