Extended Warranty

My NSX is about 1 1/2 years old and I did not purchase an extended warranty when we bought it. I called my local Acura dealer (where I get it serviced) and he quoted $2,700 for 100K, 7 yr $0 deductible. I recall inquiring about this at time of purchase and it was no where near that amount.

I would like to purchase it now. Any suggestions or experiences?

Sounds expensive.

I guess that's why extended warranties are such a high-profit item for dealerships to sell.

You might want to do a search for all topics in the General Discussion forums with the word "extended". You'll find ten topics, all about this subject.
