I am going to install my new Ark exhaust this weekend (DTS). Any tips to make it go smoothly?

After you park the car, let the exhaust system completely cool off to the point where you can comfortable touch it with your hand. Afterwards, spray the nuts-n-bolts with penetrating oil to allow soaking overnight. Tomorrow morning, they should come off without you busting any knuckles.

Why is it important to not spray penetrating oil while the exhaust is still hot? The heat will vaporize much of the oil, leaving very little to penetrate and soak the threads.

borrow an impact wrench. Its pretty tough to get that initial torque to break the bolts with the exhaust moving around so much on the dampers.

impact wrench if you can otherwise do like everyone else has said
PB blaster soak overnight and a long breaker bar and you should be golden.

I would also recommend you get a few cheap towels and wrap the exhaust tips prior to removal, or you can wrap them in masking tape. This will keep scratches off the rear valance:). Sometimes you will be jockeying the exhaust around to remove and install it. I would wrap the ARK on the way in too:).
