You know I am going to have to beat the guy down and steal it if I venture up for the woodward cruise... Trade the viper straight up:p

Beautiful car...thats about all I can really say about it.

The NSX is a no go for myself we went and checked it out and both the pops and I came to a mutual agreement to wait till im outa school before I go jump in a so called "exotic" as he put it... The viper will just do for now (i shoulda just told him I would get less speeding tickets in it)

Also can you PM me with Andy's home address thanks man

Nice! So tell us the story about how you got to sit in the Enzo, and all those other Ferraris in your photo album.

I love how the door take part of the roof to make it easier to get in and out of.. the Forg GT does that also.... I think the next NSX should aswell..

The Enzo does not look very impressive on picture. I saw a few of them and they look a lot better in real life. It is a F1 with fenders!
I think it looks better than the NSX. But of course, to each his own.

I just pulled up in the X and the sales guy said nice car, but you need on of these and handed me the keys.
Who says the X doesnt get respect! :D

That Enzo is a well known hockey players here in town.
If you look real close at some of the pics in the album, you will notice a 456 that he crashed into a tree. Its a total loss the frame is bent and the engine has lots of damage.
The sheep skin seat covers are nothing but class.

Those things are amazing in person. I wasn't too hot about the car with all the photos I'd seen. But one day while I was at the bodyshop to check on my insurance claim after the theft, I heard this loud rumble coming down the road behind me. The sound itself was so intoxicating that I stopped what I was doing and run out of the shop to see what it was. Lo and behold a yellow Enzo drove right by and man... I just about creamed my pants. It was so incredibly sexy... I was in awe. I ran back into the shop to finish whatever it was I was doing, jumped into my car and took off down the road hoping I would be able to catch it somewhere to take another look. Pictures simply do not do that thing justice. :)

Guess I need to drive my X to the closest Ferrari place and see if that happens to me.

You may be surprised, two years ago I went to the Ferrari dealer in Montréal with my NSX and the sales rep complimented me about my car and said to me that it was a nice, fast and very respectable car ( because they just appreciate how hard is to be reliable at this performance level: and the NSX is still a king in this category... ).

Usually I know that they never let people sitting in the car, something he gladly accept for me and my wife in a new 360 Modena.

It is not an Enzo but I feeled that because I was owning an NSX I was earning his respect as a member of the exotic car club.

Had I come one day before I would have seen the Ferrari dealer owner's Mc Laren F1 garaged there!!!

I myself am not a fan of the dealership stereotyping people. I can remember walking into Midwestern Auto Group (MAG) in columbus ohio. They sell quite a few brands from VW to Ferrari and Bently etc... More of your german etc.

But whenever I may go in to browse yes im a college kid who personally does not have the cash on hand to put down 200 grand on a new car but... I have walked into the showroom with employees walking around and would begin to check out the cars... A common hello how are you is always good business to give but I never got that. I was ignored for 10+ minutes (the showroom was empty no business going on). A dealership that judges right off the bat will never get my business or my families. As I started to leave the sales guy just standing around washing off the windows up on the rolls says "thats one expensive car" talking about the 575 they had in there...No hello good bye nothing... I wanted to be like yeah we could have bought 2 550 barchetta's but opted to do landscaping around the house...

Good dealership in ohio Nelsons Lamborghini. Nicest people in the world. I was just on my way back home from school...stopped by to check out if they had a Murcileago in... Instead i was talking to the GM for about 30 minutes I recieved a brochure on the Murcileago's and also sat in a few different Diablo's. Then walked out the door got in my 97 Subaru and was on my way a happier man. Thumbs up for nelson's and their crew.

I understand that letting everybody sitting in exotic cars may eventually cause problems and unefficient business ( it is so easy to scratch anything and OTOH they would endlessly have to let everybody sit in cars... ) , but there is a huge difference between good business and behaving without respect or snobbishly.

Businessly speaking you never win when you treat anybody with contempt, you never know what the future will be made of.

Publicity from mouth can be sometime of very big influence...

Nice! If you happen in the future to afford buying a Lamborghini, would you consider buying it at Nelsons?

I'm sure that they are starting kind of ahead of MAG to get your business! ;)

What would be your dream car in the 200 Grand range?

...in the 200 Grand and up?

...in the sub 100 Grand range?

If i was to buy a lamborghini I would buy one from Nelsons most definately. We have made 2 of the 4 viper purchases from them and they have been great in ever way. But that type of exotic really wouldn't be top on my list.

Dream car is just too hard to pick in really any category. I have grown up looking at the DuPont registry and Robb Report and that has all BUT narrowed my choices...

I will be getting new cars after college... 2 more years its driving me crazy... Im on the 5 year plan but hey im majoring in Mechanical engineering and minor in finance... But had a talk with the parents and decided it was best just to wait... Was going to be picking up a NSX but its just not practical.. But untill then i'll just keep looking around at deals just keeping mental notes. Since i'll be getting a SUV not worried about practicality after school so for the Sports car after school it would be...

3.2L NSX coupe
E39 M5
Lotus Esprit V8
97 993 Turbo
if they ever come out with FI kits for the S54 motor... I'll start to lean towards a M Coupe...its still one of the tops on the list anyways
Depending upon the stock market a 355 GTS :)
