Engine start problem....

okay, this is what I did to fix this problem. tell me if its okay or safe.
I found the starter cut relay and I guess that seems to be the problem. I detached the harness from the relay and just connected wires from the blk/wht wire from the ignition switch to the starter. Now it starts everytime. But wouldnt that mess up the alarm for with when it goes off, the car can still start?

ya you will be fine in terms of starting the car.

i would check right now to see if your car starts in gear. :biggrin:

its not a big deal. i had one nsx that started in gear. i only TIRED to start it with out putting the foot in the clutch ones. little jolt, nothing happened. my mind was else where. anyways, our legs are trained to push the clutch before starting the car. no worries
