Michigan, what did you do the Honda DOHC VTEC letters with? it looks a little cleaner than mine ( i need a close up and some good pics of mine to show the quality...its much better than my pictures show!)

I cleaned the piece, painted the entire thing red, wetsanded off the high spots (the lettering), cleaned it again, and then cleared it. I am really happy with the way it turned out!

I like the way you have alternated black and red.
I'm still undecided on the valve covers. Red like yours or black with the cover-plates in red.

Ummm...mine aren't red. They are black with the cover plates painted red.
