Common, buy it and join us!
Yellow is not my favorite too, just one level above the Charcoal IMO. :D
But you it's a 3.2 6 speed driven by a very old man, first hand. :)

Curious!!!
I have never seen so many cars "driven" by old men (sometime even old women  ) like the ones on sale in the exotic cars market!

Two of my three were driven by old people... ok one for real, it was Lino's...

Removal with the cutting method wrecks the chip and saves the circuit board which is the best method when doing repairs and replacing a bad IC. Removing the chip whole and for reuse is very difficult and time consuming. On the 28pin ECU EPROM IC it's just a nightmare to do. I recently removed a 20 pin IC for reuse and it was a pain and all I needed was the IC and did not need to worry about the circuit board.

I used a GC Solder Popper to remove my OEM chip. Worked like a charm and the OEM chip came out clean as a whistle:

I'll do the mod for you if your local guy is too chicken. LMK.

BUMP...

Ok, so after all this I noticed no one mentioned how to pull your ECU out to exchange it with an SOS one or other choices available...

I looked in the 91 maint. manual and couldn't find it, someone help? Where's it located and does it just come right out...the whole ECU?

I gave my ECU to a friend who knew of a specialist here in Switzerland. I'm quite happy I didn't tried it myself and the OEM chip still works.
Try to find a specialist in your country. So if you take the SOS one why don't you use the exchange option from SOS? That's what I would have done if I lived in the States.
