Damn, that's a great idea...but I think I blew my cover too soon...because she isn't writing back anymore. I told her that I wanted the wire instructions, etc. She wanted to know who I was and where I was from...and I said, "me too, afterall I am wiring you quite a large sum of money". She gave me her address in Minnesota..I gave her a my address as "my office" approximately 2 miles away from her; I said I was a loss prevention/compliance officer for this local bank. She hasn't written back since.

Oh well...

I want to leave negative feedback for the non payers but I know they will retaliate and leave negative feedback on my 300+ positive account. I now have 5 negative feedbacks on my account from people who did not pay after the auction ended, and do not want any more.

I recommend waiting until the very last day of the 90 day feedback period and leaving your negative at a strange hour- it's likely they won't get back to placing the feedback before the period expires, and you end up sending them a negative without a retaliatory attack.

The disadvantage here is that you won't get to inform others until a 3 month period has elapsed, but you will avoid negatives in this manner.
