I'm driving my NSX from Hawaii with my wife to NSXPO. Actually, I drove my NSX to the pier in Honolulu to ship it to Los Angeles where I picked it up a week ago.

I decided to take my highly modified twin turbo NSX to NSXPO from Hawaii to introduce a new iLIFT(R) Intelligent Vehicle Suspension Lift System that I have been developing over the past several years.

I picked up my car in LA one week ago and have been meeting with my suppliers and interested NSX owners about my iLIFT systems.
I'll be driving to Buffalo New York where I'll be installing an iLIFT system in an NSX that has been on the reservation list since I first began development of the iLIFT systems. That will give us two slightly different iLIFT systems to show and to introduce at NSXPO.

Driving East we hoped to spend the night at Sedona Arizona. Unfortunately all the hotels in Sedona and Flagstaff were filled. We were finally able to get a room in Winslow AZ at midnight. I'll try to post updates of this adventure in my NSX with photos as time and internet connections permit.

very cool, does the Ilift help you cross oceans Im very interested. just kidding.

the ILift system does.........? lifts the car for lowered cars to get past dips in the road?

we would like to know more.

I did a search for www.Ilift.com and its an anti-aging cream http://ilift.com/

Shawn, It is Steve's version of a VRH kit. Saw a sneak peek at NSXPO 2011 and it is pretty cool. Look forward to seeing the actual release at NSXPO. Safe travels Steve!

Steven, I was floored by the test systems in Paul's and Chris' cars in Honolulu. Looking forward to seeing your presentation at NSXPO! Have a good trip!

safe travels you two,see you at xpo.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes.

While driving through Amarillo Texas I had a steak at the Big Texan Ranch... home of the free 72 oz. steak. I ordered the 9 oz. ribeye.

Travels are going well...perfect weather.

The iLIFT(R) System is a highly refined Intelligent Vehicle Suspension Lift System. I've been working on it full time for several years. I invested roughly 10,000 hours in product development and roughly $500,000 to develop it. It is revilutionary.
I've been keeping details secret until I unveil it at NSXPO.
A few people have seen it in action...thanks for not disclosing the details until I show it at NSXPO. After the unveiling, I'll make the systems available to NSX owners on a first come-first served basis.
The website is not yet fully functional.

I recently became a registered vendoe on Prime under the name iLiftSystems.
When I have time, i'll start a thread in the Vendor section.

where will the systems be made and sold from?

where will the systems be made and sold from?

They are made with pride in the USA!!!
Most of the major components are custom made in the Western US.

The systems are currently being built by myself and my staff of one in Hawaii. They are very specialized systems and made specifically to fit the NSX "like a glove". They are labor intensive to make. This means that production will be very limited until we move the production to the mainland . Until that happens, they will not be subject to any state sales tax except for Hawaii customers.

They will be sold from our new vendor's thread on NSX Prime (to be created soon) and through our website to become active after the NSXPO product launch. I have received interest by potential dealers but I have not worked out any dealership arrangements yet.

I will create a vendor's new thread tonight under our vendor user name "iLiftSystems".

As we drove further East, we noticed that the trees were taller and the trees were just starting to change colors, That's not something we see in Hawaii.
Here's a photo of one of the many rest stops that the NSX took and trees in the background with some color.

P.S. We arrived in Buffalo New York after driving almost 3,000 miles and are very tired. It will be nice to spend a few days here until driving South to North Carolina for NSXPO.

Along the way i noticed that my intake air temperature was very high (130-150 Degrees). The water pump for the intercooler was running but not causing any water flow. This morning I received help from 2 friends how helped me prime the water pump with a water hose. The intercooler is now working fine!!! This means that my twin turbo system will have more power and more importantly, will be able to be tracked for the first time with the new 562 WHP "street tune".
I'm very relieved that the intercooler is working again and that I'll finally be able to track my car for the first time.

In Buffalo I'll install an iLIFT system in a 2002 NSX that will be driving to NSXPO with me.

the system must be fairly compact to be able to fit in your car traveling from the west coast.

That is very true. With my wife and I living out of our trunk for this 7 week road trip the iLIFT System can't take up any trunk space, and it doesn't. My center console is full of 5 gauges and other things and the iLIFT system doesn't require any "real estate" for after-market activation switches.

The iLIFT(R) system is the smallest system by far. That miniaturization of the components is the result of many thousands of hours researching, testing and developing components for the highest performance and the smallest size (and lightest weight). We ended up developing our own proprietary components because the existing components lacked in quality, size or performance.

I just posted a new product thread in the vendor section. You can learn more about the iLIFT Systems there.
Interesting note: Within 2 minutes of the vendor post, someone replied to reserve a priority position to get an iLIFT System!

And i did as well.

We arrived in Buffalo New York a few days ago and installed an iLIFT(R) System in a beautiful silver 2002 NSX. We finished early and went to see Niagra Falls yesterday.
Today we took a boat ride through the historic Erie Canal locks.

We drive from Buffalo tomorrow for NSXPO.

what route are you taking Steve?

Steven hope you enjoy NSXPO, remember where you were this day last year? :)

I actually can't remember where I was a year ago other than driving across the country,
Was it Bixby, OK?

We stopped at Skyline Caverns in Virginia.
We planned to drive Skyline Drive bit it was closed down thanks to our federal government "leaders".

Steven,

I bumped into you and your wife in Hawaii, while on my honeymoon. The hotel lobby of the Halekulani. Small world, the one person I know from Hawaii and I just happen to turn around and you were there.

Enjoy XPO

Michael

At NSXPO my car won the first place award for for the Best Modified NSX. That was quite an honor. I'm sure that my iLIFT(R) System left a very favorable impression with the judges who were very serious about their judging responsibilities.

We drove from NSXPO in NC to Danville Virginia where I tracked my NSX for the first time.
The car and its the many modifications performed superbly. I finally got the chance to use the "race" mode of the iLIFT(R) System. This mode deactivated the lift functions during track sessions.

Tomorrow morning we will leave Danville and start our 2 day drive to Chicago.

We arrived in Chicago yesterday after driving through Ohio from Virginia.
We depart Chicago now and are headed for Seattle. Looks like a chance of snow. I guess we'll take interstate 80 to Des Moines, Iowa and hope for the best.
