Driving coast to coast, can anyone put me up for a night?

[QUOTEOptimist - thanks for the info, I am actually thinking of taking the southern route now and then move up into MO, and then get back onto I70.

That's cool - I'd do just about anything myself to avoid the trip on I80 thru Nebraska, it seems to be about 1800 miles wide at that point

Nebraska goes by very quickly if you do it in 1997 in a group of 11 NSXs going well over 100 mph.

Was anyone here driving the NSX that was going the other way at that time?

Ken, don't give him the crazy idea that you guys felt compelled to act upon. A lone NSX? Go directly to JAIL, do not pass NB, do not collect new NSX!

I do not recommend or condone traveling at such speeds. Remember, this is what happened later that day:

If you are taking the Southern route, you're welcome to stay at the visiting NSX guest suite at the SoS Hotel in Phoenix, AZ :)
If you do go through AZ and for some reason Chris cannot accommodate you, let me know. I'm available except for the 3-day Memorial Day weekend. Regardless, I'd like to check out your NSX if you're in the area.

Urban Pilot, thanks for the offer PM sent!

Phoenix, thanks for the offer. As it stands right now I should be in the Phoenix area Thursday (5/22) afternoon. If you want to grab dinner or something PLMK.
